Focused on Human-Centric principles to provide fans with the best possible UX, while exceeding corporate revenue objectives within the first 6 months of tenure.

Innovated on dozens of new features in rapid succession including: Real-time scores, stats, shot charts, standings, schedules, interactive indoor maps with real-time location, in-seat ordering, eCommerce, Waze integration, AR games, mobile contest engines, custom navigation/UX, mobile tickets, app-messaging centre, data-analytics API, segmentation, personalization, mobile content, location-based services, etc.

Pushed through new platforms such as Apple Watch Apps for all three teams, allowing fans to get real-time scores, notifications of goals/game results, player stats, standings and schedules.

One of the first major sports organization to design and release Alexa Apps for Canada in 2017.

Collaborated with Marketing, Analytics, Business Owners, IT, Sponsorships and fans to create better fan experiences.

Built the Product and UX Team and operated like Startup/Innovation Labs through Agile and iterative releases.
